Annual Registration Fee
★ Tuition is $100 a month for one class a week. This is a flat rate. Tuition is not pro-rated for Holiday Closures or increased for 5 week months.
★ Due on the 25th of each month for the following month through auto-draft on our Customer Portal.
★ Parents must have a valid payment credit card saved in their Customer Portal account for auto-draft.
★ Tuition will be pro-rated if you enroll mid-month.
★ Late charges will be processed on the 10th of the month for unpaid tuition.
★ Child will be dropped on the 12th if tuition is unpaid.
Tuition
★ Sibling Discount: 15% off monthly tuition
★ Additional Class Discount: 15% off monthly tuition
★ First Responders & Military Discount: 10% off monthly tuition must request discount for it to be applied
Tuition Discounts
★ Children will receive one makeup token for a missed or cancelled class within the month. Token must be used while the student is enrolled in monthly class. Tokens expire when student drops and is no longer enrolled.
★ You must give advanced notice of missing your class in order to receive a make up token.
★ Log into customer portal go to "student" By giving adv notice, your spot will be opened as a make up for the date
★ After your missed class date, a make up token will appear in your account! You can find this also under "student". :)
★ When you are ready to schedule your make up, go to "student" -> "make up tokens" and you will view any class options in a 6 day out window. See a day/time that works? Simply book it! Options will appear anytime another gives notice of missing their class, so check for make up opportunities as often as you like!
Make-ups
★ You may request a withdrawal on the Customer Portal by requesting to "drop" the class and choose end date.
★ Drop requests should be submitted by the 22nd of the month, prior to the next billing date, which is the 25th in order to not get auto-drafted for the next month.
★ No refunds for unused tuition
★ Summer Camp Cancellation Policy:
Camp payment is due in full at the time of registering and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations > 30 days in advance of your camp week = Full Credit on your family account only, no refund
Cancellations < 30 days in advance of your camp week = No Credit, No Refund
Withdrawing From Class Or Camps
★ Masks are optional but strongly recommended.
★ Do not enter the building if you are experiencing symptoms such as runny nose, cough, or fever.
★ Hands will be sanitized before and after class.
★ Mats are cleaned between each class.
★ We require students ages 6 and older to be dropped off for classes or parties dues to limited lobby space
★ For students ages 5 and under only one adult allowed in the gym per student due to limited space
